1) Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord
2) Believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead
3) Pray the “Sinner’s Prayer”
4) Be baptized
5) Become a member of a church
6) Have an unflawed understanding of every doctrine in the Bible
7) Have no unconfessed sins at the moment of death
In case you’re wondering, the first two requirements are the only ones mentioned in the Bible. 
Help add some if you want.
Maybe I’ll add all the suggestions to the list after a certain amount of time has passed. 
If the first two are the only two mentioned in the bible, why would you add to that? That’s religion.

There is only one requirement for eternal life. Belief in Jesus!
People don’t go to hell for not keeping the law. We are no longer bound to that. We don;t even go to hell for being murderers, or adulterers, or thieves, or liars, or anything else other than not believing in the Savior!

Your comments 6 & 7 really bother me. It’s man-made rules like these thet keep people from coming into the body of Christ. That’s not bringing salvatoin. It’s sending people straight to hell.
I know it’s a strong opinion but Jesus himself made it very clear that there is only one way to the father, and that is through him. Knwing him doesn;t require having an unflawed understanding of every doctrine in the bible as you have suggested. That’s an impossible requirement. We wuld all be goingto hell if that were the case.
No. 7 says “have no unconfessed sin at the time of death”
That’s also impossible. We all sin. Everyday. James tells us that if we break even one part of the law we have broke the entire law.
All sin is sin in God’s eyes. Romans 13 tells us that we are to obey all earthly authorities. Therefore, if we drive 56 miles an hour in a 55 zon,we have sinned. We don;t alsway love others the way we should. We all fall short. Each day. Everyday. Jesus blood atoned for our sins. All of them. Past, present and future. That’s why belief in him as our Savior is all that’s required.
Not accepting his sacrifice in that way is like nailing up there again, every time.
We don;t need to get born again, again!

You’re right, of course, and I only believe the first two items on the list. The rest are pokes at denominations and misguided individuals that teach them.

As much as I don’t believe baptism is required for salvation, I would wonder why anyone would not get baptised. We are after all saved by a faith that works. Just saying you believe makes you no better than the demons (James).
Well, there are some people who cannot physically be baptized. Others may die before they get the chance. I’m not saying we aren’t supposed to do it, I’m just saying it’s not required for salvation.
I’d agree with that (and that’s saying something given my background).
Mt 10:22 And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake. But he who endures to the end will be saved.
Mt 24:13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved.

I think that all of the other “requirements” are an outflow from #2 so, hence, #2 is the only real requirement

If the confession in #1 is true, then the person will endure to the end. It’s the same thing. I’d have to come up with some other phrasing in order to add it to the list.

I have never been able to reconcile my beliefs with sacraments or anything that requires a human religious figure, i.e. a priest of sorts, to make sure that you ascend to heaven after your death.
Coming from a mostly Chinese background, I have always asked the Taoist priests “what if someone dies and there’s no one to help them cross the divide into heaven, then what happens?”, like if the person doesn’t have caring relatives to engage the priests or if the family is too poor to do so.
Sacraments. Why didn’t I think of that one?
It is because you, my friend, are not fully inducted into the mysteries of the holey (sic!) mother church.
observe the Sabbath, be circumcised and don’t eat pork.
Because if you do, you are violating God’s law..ok, so that doesn’t save you, but not doing these things is evidence that you do not want to obey God therefore you cannot possibly be saved.
